Jarhead Tint Works reserves the right to determine whether a requested service is appropriate for a particular vehicle, property, window, or installation environment.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates provided by Jarhead Tint Works are based on the information available at the time the quote is prepared.

A quote may change if:

• Additional services are requested
• The condition of the vehicle, glass, or installation surface differs from what was originally represented
• Additional labor or materials are required
• Information provided by the customer was incomplete or inaccurate

A quote does not constitute a binding contract for services until the customer accepts the quote and any required payment or deposit has been received.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

Customers may request or schedule appointments through our website or through third-party scheduling services.

Appointment availability is not guaranteed until the appointment has been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information when scheduling an appointment.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment when necessary due to staffing, equipment issues, weather, material availability, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as reasonably possible.

Appointments that are missed, canceled without sufficient notice, or repeatedly rescheduled may be subject to a cancellation fee, forfeiture of a deposit, or other applicable charges disclosed to the customer at the time of booking.

Any applicable cancellation or deposit policy provided during the booking process will control in the event of a conflict with these general terms.

5. Deposits and Payments

Certain services may require a deposit or payment before work begins.

Deposits may be applied toward the total cost of the customer’s service as described at the time of purchase or booking.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for completed services is due upon completion.

We accept payment methods made available by Jarhead Tint Works at the time of purchase.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their vehicle, property, windows, project requirements, and desired services.

Before automotive tint installation, customers should remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle.

Jarhead Tint Works is not responsible for personal property left inside a vehicle or at a job site.

Customers should inform us before installation of any existing damage, aftermarket modifications, previous tint, defective glass, damaged seals, electrical components, or other conditions that could affect installation.

7. Existing Tint and Previous Work

If a vehicle or window already has existing tint, film, adhesive, or other material, additional charges may apply for removal.

Removal of existing film may reveal pre-existing damage, discoloration, scratches, glass defects, seal damage, defroster damage, or other conditions that were not visible before removal.

Jarhead Tint Works is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that become visible during or after the removal process.

8. Installation Results

Window film is a professionally installed product, but certain visual characteristics can occur during or immediately after installation.

These may include:

• Temporary moisture
• Small water pockets
• Haze
• Minor visual distortion
• Slight variations during the curing process

These conditions may improve as the film cures.

Customers should follow any care and curing instructions provided by Jarhead Tint Works.

9. Window Film Care

Customers are responsible for following recommended care instructions after installation.

Customers should not roll down automotive windows or otherwise disturb newly installed film until the recommended waiting period has passed.

Failure to follow care instructions may affect the appearance, adhesion, or performance of the film and may affect warranty coverage.

10. Product and Manufacturer Warranties

Certain window films may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty or a Jarhead Tint Works warranty, depending on the product and service purchased.

Warranty coverage is subject to the specific terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations applicable to the product or service.

A warranty does not automatically cover:

• Accidental damage
• Scratches
• Improper cleaning or maintenance
• Damage caused by third parties
• Damage caused by modifications
• Damage caused by misuse
• Pre-existing conditions
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions

Customers should contact Jarhead Tint Works regarding any warranty concern before attempting to repair, remove, or modify installed film.

11. Customer-Provided Materials or Requests

If a customer requests the use of customer-provided materials, products, or special installation instructions, Jarhead Tint Works may decline the request if the material or instructions are unsuitable for professional installation.

Jarhead Tint Works does not guarantee the performance, appearance, durability, or warranty coverage of customer-provided materials.

12. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
